Grunza Picks Up 2nd Team All-ECAC Field Hockey Honors

Mansfield senior midfielder Kayla Grunza picked up another post-season accolade, earning 2nd Team All-ECAC Division II Field Hockey honors in voting conducted by conference head coaches.

Grunza was tabbed 2nd Team All-PSAC and 2nd Team Synapse Sports All-American following the 2014 field hockey season.

One of the top midfielder's in the conference, Grunza scored goals against West Chester and Kutztown and recorded the game-winner in a shootout victory over Seton Hill. She also dished out three assists and had three defensive saves in 2014.

Grunza started all 72 games in her career, totaling eight goals and nine assists. The midfielder totaled 88 shots with 55 going on goal for a .625 SOG%.
