Haley Fitzwater awarded awarded Sheller Scholarship

Mansfield University student Haley Fitzwater of Troy, PA was awarded the Stephen and Sandy Sheller Scholarship for 2014-15 academic year.

The scholarship, administered by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Foundation, is awarded to a full-time PASSHE student who is a resident of Pennsylvania pursuing a degree leading to a career in law, art therapy or social services.

The student must also have earned 60 college credits maintaining a 3.5 GPA or better.
