Isaac Phillips-Cary awarded Wells Fargo Scholarship

Mansfield University student Isaac Phillips-Cary of Windsor, PA was awarded the Wells Fargo Scholarship for the 2014-15 academic year.

The scholarship, administered by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Foundation, is awarded to a full-time PASSHE student who demonstrated academic excellence in high school, graduating in the top 25% of graduating class and a earning GPA of 3.2 or higher.

The recipient must also be a resident of Allegheny, Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Pike or York county.
